Kim Sauers PT, DPT, OCS graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Belmont University in 2021. After graduation she completed an additional year of training with an Orthopedic Residency program. While in residency training, Kim’s research focused on injury prevention in youth ice hockey athletes.
Program Information:
Free 15 Minute Movement Assessment
• Virtual or in-person upon request. Screening of upper body and lower body movements to assess for deficits and determine baseline measurements. Virtual meeting to discuss results within 2 business days.
6-Week Program (Available for Purchase after Movement Assessment)
• Program tailored to the athlete based on results of the Movement Assessment. One virtual on-boarding meeting to discuss plan and review the initial 3-week exercise program. One email check-in each week of the program to allow for modifications and changes as needed. One virtual meeting after the 3rd week for an in-depth check-in and to provide a final 3-week exercise program. There will be one additional in-person or virtual movement assessment upon completion of the program.
